Easy Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

  • We provide Easy Return Policy for G3+ Video Shopping orders, which is granted when there are issues from our side or when there is any manufacturing defect. You will need to place return request within 48 hours after the order is received from your side.
  • Easy Returns Policy applies ONLY with these 6 Countries: USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore, for which we shall provide the Return Label via email for re-pick up after the return has been granted from our side.
  • The Return process will take place only when you sent us an email on and then our team will coordinate further for the process. The Return Process will take 10 working Days to Complete.
  • After order is placed from your end and the order is dispatched from our end, in that case you will still need to Accept the Shipment at the time of delivery and then only you can place returns request. (If you unaccept the shipment at the doorstep, then we shall not be responsible for return and refund)
  • Once the returned order has been received by us, we can initiate refund in Cashback for ONLY the Product Amount. In that case the returned package should be in its original condition, with tags, and the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • At the time of returning you will need to add a remark that the item is “Product Returns” and “Not for sale”.
  • Validity of every CASHBACK is for 3 months Only. After 3 months the CASHBACK will expire and the customer cannot use the cashback amount.
  • In case of Exchange, you cannot attempt to cancel the order after Billing process is done. You need to inform the team within 24 hrs.

Shipping and Handling / Customs duties :

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the respective country government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.

The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis. At the time of delivery if customer will not be available at door step, and if provided re-attempt delivery that charges will be extra.

Order Processing Period : After providing measurement and payment order will be ready within 48 hours. If there will be any alteration order will be ready within 4-5 working days. After that we can ship it from our side.
