Shipping Policy
We deliver to all and any postal address around the globe and in India at a minimal cost. However, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you provide a full street address with pin code/zip code.
For international shipments, some courier company parcel may be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answer the doorbell.
Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
No deliveries are made on Saturday and Sunday in all international countries with the 5-day work culture.
Due to certain regulatory and operational restrictions, we are unable to offer Cash On Delivery payment methods in Kerala
In many Islamic countries, Friday is a normal off day. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within Minimum 7 to 10 days and Maximum 40 to 50 days for customized product of the order confirmation date.
The shipping cost is not included in each item's price. We have Fair & Transparent shipping rates.
International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. Shipping rates are based on per Kg of the product. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
Also, be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package, or it is refused for any reason, G3Fashion.com (K. S. TRADING) will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall G3Fashion.com (K. S. TRADING) attempt re-shipment of the same order.
The Courier Company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment after that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your relative courier office in your area and the charges will be bared by the customer. The further attempts by courier companies for delivery costs will also be barred by customers as rescheduling charges
G3 Fashions (K. S. TRADING) is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, the customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours, but G3 Fashions (K. S. TRADING) will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by the postal / courier agency.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days, and after confirmation from the customer, then we will reprocess/reship the order, but it will depend upon the product availability
As soon as the product is dispatched, we will email you regarding the shipment of your order, when the product is handed over to the Courier.
An email will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail along with the date of expected delivery. You can also check the same order on our order status page link-http://g3fashion.com/track-your-orderby login in from your account.
Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to [email protected] and the needful will be done.
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & notG3Fashion.com(K. S. TRADING). Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
All products are firstly polythene packed & taped with G3 Fashion's tag. Then delivered to the courier service person.
For each product, we have mentioned the time to ship along with the product description. These are indicative & approx values only and products can be shipped earlier or later also on a case-to-case basis depending on the availability of the product and other factors.
It is advisable to email us with the product codes to get a more accurate time to ship estimate.
In some cases, if a customer has selected products from different shipping day categories, the overall dispatch date will be applicable as per higher shipping days of their selected products.
If for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by email and for the same, no compensation will be given.
However, any dates for delivery are approximate only, and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to give you a Credit Note for the unfulfilled part of the order.
Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, earthquakes, Tsunami, etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by the respective country government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.
The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis.
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system has processed the order that you have placed with us, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in pristine condition. If they pass the final round of quality checks, we will pack and hand them over to our reliable logistic partner.
Our logistic partner will then deliver the products to you as soon as possible. In the event that our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the time that you have specified, they will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
Please note that all products ordered by you (including if any free gifts bundled with the product that you have ordered) will be shipped to you at the shipping address provided by you when you placed your order, along with an invoice. Although we try to ship all products in your order together, this may not be feasible at all times.
What is the range of locations to which G3+ Fashion ships their products?
G3+ Fashion and Wellness Products's products are shipped throughout India to nearly all pin-codes. The list of pin-code serviceability is subject to change depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your shipping address by typing in your pin-code on any of our product pages listed on our Website or by entering your shipping details on the checkout page.
Is it possible for me to track my order?
As soon as you place your order with us, your order is processed from our concerned warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you shall receive a confirmation email, on the email address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us, containing the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our Website by using the username and password created at the time of your registration and then clicking on the “Your Orders” tab to view your order details.
You can track the status of your package after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
An estimated delivery time will be shared with you at the time of placing your order, based on your shipping address. We maintain an inventory of all products that we sell on our website, so you can be confident that your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our goal is to get your product delivered within 2-7 days of placing your order, depending on your location and the shipping address. However, delays can sometimes occur. G3+ Fashion and Wellness Products will do its best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our logistics partner.
Please note: It's conceivable that COVID-19 will cause a delay in your products' delivery. As a result, we are unable to make a time commitment for delivery. What time will my order be delivered today?

What are the shipping charges for my order?
The shipping and handling charges may differ depending on the product, packaging size and other conditions. The shipping and handling charges will be displayed during check out and you will be notified of the charges before you make payment for the order placed.
