Our first look comes from the 50s to 70s inspired by a vintage look at Indian fashion week from FDCI, classic white sheer materials with floral embroidery within. The second one is by Sabyasachi Green Lehenga with has an ethnic touch that is inspired by 30s fashions at Amazon Indian fashion week summer/spring collection of 2016. Lastly, we have a royal blue lehenga by Sanjay Garg at the FDCI fashion show with classic designs with a little modern touch of dupatta draping over the model’s neck.

A retro-style Punjabi in Pink by Manish Malhotra with classic floral prints and lacy border at a Lakme fashion show, next to it a beautiful bridal style patiyala by AAINA with mirror work & chic embroidery which is inspired by vintage style.
A Velvet Blue Anarkali inspired by 50s long Anarkali with rich embroidery on neckline and at the bottom is inspirational to all & lastly, we have traditional Ikat prints in Red Anarkali with a long jacket by Viralashish and Vikrant at the AIFWAW16 fashion show.

Our first outfit’s shrug is inspired by the 70s hippie shrug with a modern touch in it which gives classic looks to the entire outfit. The second outfit is by Hemant Nandita show a silk Jacket with gold embroidery at AIFWAW16. Lastly, a clash of modernity and tradition saw in the jewelry by Nitya at AIFWAW16 by Rajesh Pratap a cream jacket that goes with any outfit.
Vintage Dupattas & Stole that should be in Wardrobe…
First, a multicolor crepe phulkari stole Accessories Scarves & Stoles. The Spirit of Punjab Embroidered Apparel that goes with a T-shirt, Shirt, or Kurtis. I am conscious about today trends but after reading your post i got lots of. I purchased maheshawri silk saree from Aavaranaa for my farewell party. I think it is a reason to get conscious about fashion, because every girl want to look pretty in front of others:)
